This catering unit is organized in two areas: the «Air» side is to load and unload products from the aeroplanes; the «Earth» side gives access to staff entry and to the delivery of raw materials for confection.
The main building has a production area, a warehouse area, an administrative area, bathhouses, and canteen. The building for supporting procedures has a concierge and a laundry downstairs, as well as three rooms upstairs.There is also a building for technical procedures at the edge of the lot.
